Hasil Sewaan Sebagai Pendapatan

Selain pendapatan tetap, pihak bank juga mengambil kira pendapatan-pendapatan lain seperti hasil kutipan rumah sewa.

Ini secara tidak langsung akan menaikkan jumlah pendapatan. Dengan harapan kiraan Debt Service Ratio (DSR) lebih rendah dan seterusnya permohonan akan diluluskan.

Cuma perkara penting yang perlu anda buat ialah

1.       Perjanjian Sewaan
Pastikan ada perjanjian sewaan (tenancy agreement) antara tuan rumah dan penyewa. Dan perjanjian ini dimatikan setem di pejabat Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN).

2.       Masuk Akaun Bank
Bayaran sewaan setiap bulan dimasukkan ke dalam akaun bank. Ini akan menjadi bukti bahawa anda menerima sewa pada setiap bulan.

Kelebihan bagi tindakan di atas :

1.       Naikkan pendapatan bersih bulanan.
2.       DSR lebih cantik.
3.       Kebarangkalian permohonan diluluskan adalah tinggi.
4.       Scoring lebih rendah dan boleh dapat kadar keuntungan (interest) lebih rendah.
